Kaspersky windows 10 issues

Tried to stop it to see if that would fix the issue. Verified that Services was still running. Tried to start MB, and got an error 'Unable to start', 'Unable to connect the Service'. Adobe starts hanging again after 5-10 minutes. works fine.(probably restarted once or twice in the process)Īdded exclusions for the two folders listed in (probably restarted computer) Adobe worked again. Walked away until I had a better mindset. Next day, Adobe (and possibly Chrome) hung. Installed MB (probably already had Adobe installed, don't remember).Ī day or two later installed Kaspersky, which complained that MB was incompatible installed anyway. Here's the basic order of what I've done:

However, when I have both installed, I have problems with the entire system hanging, notably Adobe Reader DC (possibly also Chrome, testing today was just with Adobe, I first noticed the issue several days ago and this was my first opportunity to attempt to isolate the issue). With just Kaspersky Internet Security (20.(g)) installed there are no problems. With just MalwareBytes (setup file download, file version 4.0.0.108) installed, there are no problems. I am in the process of moving everything from windows 7 to 10 on a new laptop.
